23rd Annual Golf Tourney
The LHS Alumni Golf Tournament will be held July 15, 2023 at the Hidden Valley Golf Course in Lawson, MO. Tee time is 9:00 AM, with lunch available at 2:00 PM! Also, the Horse Race competition will be held again the Friday evening before the main tournament!
Horse Race — Friday, July 14 — Tee Time 4:30 PM SHARP!
Teams may consist of ANY 2 LHS alumni only. For those curious about what a Horse Race game is, search Google for "golf game horse race" to get a general idea. Specific rules will be covered at the start of the event.
- Cost is $50/team.
- Top 3 places pay out.

Golf Tournament — Saturday, July 16 — Tee Time 9 AM
Lunch will be available at 2 PM! The format is a 4 person scramble. Teams may consist of ANY 4 LHS graduates and current or retired LHS faculty, plus non-alumni spouses/significant others or a parent of an alum. Non-alumni must play together on same team as alumni spouse/child. The cost is $100/golfer and includes:
- Green Fees
- Cart
- Gift
- Lunch
- Team Mulligans!
Prizes Awarded For:
- Champions (best score)
- 1st place A-flight
- 2nd place A-flight
- 1st place B-flight
- 2nd place B-flight
- Duffers (highest score)
- Longest drive
- Longest putt
- Closest to the pin
- ...and many more!
Side Games:
- Skins Game ($20 per team -- Starting hole #1, lowest score on a hole wins -- If tie exists on hole, prize for that hole rolls over to the next hole.)
- Golf Ball Launcher ($20 per team -- 60% of amount raised goes back to the association.)
- Putting contest ($5 per person -- 3 putts each -- Multiple winners split the prize money.)

You may pay for the team or have each member pay individually:
- Mail check to the above address.
- Venmo your payment to @lawsoncardsalumni.
- Pay with cash or check at the tournament. (Payment by card will NOT be done the day of the tournament!)
- Pay with cash or check at Hidden Valley Golf Course before the tournament.
- Sorry, NO Paypal this year!
